"사과게임"(이하 "본 앱")은 회원가입 없이 이용하는 싱글플레이 게임이며, 운영자는 자체 서버를 두지 않고 이용자의 개인정보를 별도로 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 실제로 처리하는 정보와 그 이유, 거부 방법을 설명합니다.
본 앱은 회원가입, 로그인, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 위치정보, 연락처 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 결제 기능이 없어 결제 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 내부(로컬 저장소, PlayerPrefs)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 광고 서비스를 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 광고 표시 및 성과 측정을 위해 아래 정보가 자동으로 수집되어 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다.

본 앱은 결과 화면에서 메뉴/재시작으로 이동할 때 일정 빈도(약 3판마다 1회)로 전면 광고를 노출합니다. 게임 진행 중에는 광고가 노출되지 않습니다. 맞춤형 광고 수신을 원하지 않는 경우 아래 경로에서 거부할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 실행 시 최신 버전 정보를 확인하기 위해 정적 설정 파일(version.json)을 조회합니다. 이 통신에는 이용자를 식별하는 어떠한 개인정보도 포함되지 않으며, 버전 문자열만 비교합니다. 네트워크 연결이 없거나 조회에 실패해도 게임 이용에는 영향이 없습니다.

운영자는 자체 서버를 두지 않으며 이용자 데이터를 별도로 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 초기화하면 즉시 삭제됩니다. 광고 식별자 초기화는 기기 설정에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다.

"Apple Game" (the "App") is a single-player game that requires no account registration. The developer does not operate a backend server and does not separately collect or store personal data. This policy explains what information the App actually processes, why, and how to opt out.
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as account registration details, email address, phone number, contact list, or location. There is no in-app purchase feature, so no payment information is collected.
The following is stored locally on your device (PlayerPrefs) only and never transmitted elsewhere. It is removed when you uninstall the App.
The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. The following information may be automatically collected and shared with Google to display and measure ads.

The App shows an interstitial ad roughly once every 3 games, only at the natural transition from the result screen to the menu/restart — never during active gameplay. To opt out of personalized advertising:
On launch, the App checks a static configuration file (version.json) to see whether a mandatory update is required. This request contains no personal or identifying information — only a version string is compared. If the network is unavailable or the check fails, the game is unaffected and continues normally.

Data processed via Google AdMob may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country, in accordance with Google's own data handling practices.
The developer does not operate a backend server and does not separately retain user data. Information stored on your device is deleted immediately when you uninstall the App or clear its app data. You can reset your advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
You may delete locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data, and you have the right to reset or opt out of the advertising ID as described above. Contact us using the details below with any requests or questions.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know about, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. The App does not sell information for monetary value; you may opt out of advertising-related data sharing using the methods in Section 4.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been collected through the App, please contact us and we will investigate and delete it promptly.
Because the developer operates no backend server, there is no separate user database to protect. All information the App processes is either stored locally on your device or handled by a trusted third party (Google AdMob) with its own security practices.
Since the developer does not directly store user data, the risk of a developer-side breach is low. Should a data breach related to the App nonetheless be confirmed, affected users will be notified without undue delay in accordance with applicable law, and appropriate remedial action will be taken.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, policy, or App functionality. Updates will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be announced within the App.
