다이스 배틀(이하 "본 앱")은 onePixel(이하 "운영자")이 개발·운영하는 모바일 게임입니다. 본 방침은 본 앱을 이용할 때 어떤 정보가 처리되는지를 설명합니다.
본 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호·주소·생년월일 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 운영자는 자체 서버를 두고 있지 않으며 이용자 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다.
다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
본 앱을 삭제하면 이 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 광고를 게재하기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 광고 제공업체는 다음 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

이 정보는 운영자가 아니라 광고 제공업체가 직접 수집하며, 운영자는 개별 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 형태로 이를 제공받지 않습니다.
본 앱에는 판이 끝난 뒤 표시되는 전면 광고와, 이용자가 직접 선택해서 보는 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 시청 여부를 이용자가 결정하며 시청하지 않아도 게임 진행에 제약이 없습니다.
맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으시면 기기 설정에서 언제든 거부할 수 있습니다.
거부하더라도 광고 자체가 사라지지는 않으며, 표시되는 광고가 이용자의 관심사와 덜 연관될 뿐입니다.
본 앱은 실행할 때마다 GitHub에 있는 정적 설정 파일을 읽어 업데이트가 필요한지 확인합니다. 이 요청에는 개인정보가 포함되지 않으며, 운영자는 이 통신에서 어떠한 정보도 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 버전에 따라, 이용자가 방을 만들고 방 코드를 공유해 서로 겨루는 친선 대전 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 이 기능을 이용하는 경우:

이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요구할 수 있으며, 동의에 기반한 처리에 대해서는 언제든 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 동의 철회는 철회 이전에 이루어진 처리의 적법성에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.

다이스 배틀 (the "Application") is a mobile game developed and operated by onePixel (the "Service Provider"). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the Application.
The Application has no sign-up or login. It does not collect any directly identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or date of birth. The Service Provider does not operate its own servers and does not store user data.
The following is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted:

The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The advertising provider may collect:

This information is collected directly by the advertising provider, not by the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not receive it in a form that identifies individual users.
The Application shows interstitial advertisements after a match ends, and rewarded advertisements that you choose to watch. Rewarded ads are entirely optional and declining them does not restrict gameplay.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings:
Opting out does not remove advertisements; it only makes them less relevant to your interests.
Each time it starts, the Application reads a static configuration file hosted on GitHub to determine whether an update is required. No personal information is included in this request, and the Service Provider does not collect or store anything from it.
Depending on the version, the Application may offer friendly matches in which you create a room and share a room code to play against another person. When you use this feature:

The Service Provider does not operate its own servers and does not store user data.
You can stop all further collection by uninstalling the Application.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The Service Provider takes care to safeguard the confidentiality of the information it processes and applies physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Data transmitted by the Application is encrypted in transit.
If a data breach affecting your personal data occurs, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including information about the nature of the breach and the steps taken to address it.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.
