OnePixel ("the Operator") respects your privacy while providing the mobile game Ten Rush ("the Game"). The Game has no account system and the Operator does not run its own backend server or store user data on any server. This document explains what information is actually processed by the Game and how.
The Game does not require sign-up, login, or a nickname. The Operator does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
The following information is stored only locally on your device and is never transmitted to the Operator's servers. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its app data.
The Game uses Google AdMob to display ads. The following information may be automatically collected by Google while ads are shown.

The Game shows two types of ads:
If you do not want personalized ads, you can opt out from your device settings.
The Game is distributed worldwide. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, Google's UMP (User Messaging Platform) shows a consent form the first time the app is launched, asking whether you consent to personalized ads (as required by GDPR). You can review and change your choice at any time from in-game Settings → Privacy Options (this option is only shown to users in those regions).

The Game may be distributed worldwide, and information processed by Google AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own (including the United States, where Google's servers are located).
Because the Operator does not run its own server, no user data is retained by the Operator. Data stored on your device (high score, sound settings) is deleted immediately when you uninstall the app or clear its app data. Retention of data collected by Google (such as the advertising ID) follows Google's own policies.
Since the Game does not store any personal data on a server, there is no server-side data to access, correct, or delete. You can still exercise related rights as follows:
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. The Operator does not directly sell personal information; advertising-related data processing is handled through Google AdMob. Please contact the email address below for related requests.
The Game is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can review and take appropriate action.
Because the Operator does not run its own server and does not store or manage user personal information separately, the structural risk of a server-side data breach is low. The app follows platform-level (Google Play) security measures such as code signing.
Since the Operator manages no personal data directly, the likelihood of a breach is low. If an incident affecting users is identified through a third-party service (such as Google AdMob), we will notify affected users within a reasonable time via this page or an in-app notice, once we become aware of it.
This policy may be revised due to changes in law or the service. When revised, the effective date on this page will be updated, and significant changes will be announced via an in-app notice or similar means.
